Many runescape players get the low fletch lvl, do you want to get it up in a short time.HuHu, i think all of you want to know the answer, am i right? And i think all of you want to the top! But im sad to say the only people at the top are cheaters. But few actually don't cheat, they use the method I will explain later.
Now i will tell you how to get fletch up quickly.
First here are the items you will need: Knife,Logs x100, oaklogs x100, willow x2000, and yew as many as you need, magic logs around 3000-4000.
Next, i will tell you the steps by each lvl, please attention! LOL
From lvl 1-10 use your logs and knife in the Varrok bank near the fountain.
