I've been participating in political discussions on the 'net since '84, mostly on Usenet and the right wingers have developed software that tracks your computer via the info in the headers ( on Usenet not forums like this -- that I know of ) and righties are fond of publishing peoples name and address and phone number when you disagree with them and especially when you prove they are nincompoops and they can't logically defend their positions.There have been quite a few physical assaults by righties from these political discussions.
