Disney the first week of December

I want to go during the Christmas season as I've never seen all the Christmas decorations at Disney and I think we would really enjoy the Christmas party!!
We are thinking of going NEXT year, 2010, for the first week of December. We love it! The last time, in 2007

December is lovely. However, it depends on the cold fronts that pass through, and where you are from, that will determine if you use the pool or not. As a FL resident, I don't use a pool if its below 85 degrees

The crowds are very low and its a great time to meet the characters. The events for the holidays are not to be missed. The candlelight processional and the storytellers in Epcot are our favorite. And if you are planning this far in advance, be sure to plan on attending Mickeys Christmas Party

Last year it was flat out cold during that week and we were wearing turtlenecks/pants during the days and our winter coats at night. I've never bought so many blankets at WDW as I did that week

But the possibility of cold weather wouldn't keep me from going at that time again. It made the Christmas decorations that more Christmassy
