"It just seems like a real successful year," she said.Burks said the parking situation could be worked on though.Roger Swann, BayFest event staff, manned the service gate Sunday night, and has done so for the past three years. "The parking could be a little better, but you know how it goes," said Swann."From what I've experienced, two people came up and asked for Band-Aids, and there has been a lot of underage drinking, but police have been up on their jobs," said Swann."It's a little slower than last year, but it's still been a success," he said.
