Trademarks are essential to protecting and distinguishing businesses from each other. Most businesses have trademarks on his or her key products, logos and slogans. However, some companies try and take trademark protection past an acceptable limit and may seek protection on some of the strangest things. This is a look at a number of the strangest trademark requests.
 1.The Smiley Face
