Chef claims Lindsay Lohan was drunk when she hit him with Porsche
Jose Rodriguez says he was clipped by Lohan's Porsche in New York in the early hours of the morning.
He told the New York Daily News that people at the scene of the
windows 7 product key accident "acted like I was nothing. That no one could touch her because she was rich and powerful".
The actress, who is on probation, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident. The incident allegedly took place as she left a nightclub at New York City's Dream Hotel in Lower Manhattan.
Despite Mr Rodriguez's claims, police say no alcohol was involved. However, no breathalyser test was performed.
Lohan was at a Slash concert just before the incident and, according to people there,

Mr Rodriguez, 34, said he was leaving his job as a
