At Coffee with the Commissioner at Theodore/Tillman's Corner Center for Seniors, District 3 Commissioner Jerry Carl visited with senior citizens and addressed their concerns. (Jo Anne McKnight/Correspondent)At the July 30 Coffee with the Commissioner at Theodore/Tillman's Corner Center for Seniors on Nevius Road, Mobile County Commissioner Jerry Carl visited with senior citizens and responded to their questions and concerns. Some of the topics the seniors were interested in were the Big Creek Lake pipeline and how installation would affect Mobile County residents, the status of the proposed sports center and the growth of businesses in Mobile County, including the possibility of a Bayer Products plant on Rangeline Road. Carl hopes to make the Coffee with the Commissioner at the senior center a monthly event.
